Paranormal Equipment Project - Live EVP recordings and white noise isolation

I recently saw online some projects that people have built using various pieces of equipment for the purpose of isolating noise and allowing for live EVP recording and witnessing in the moment. These projects are verifiable, tested, and proven pieces of paranormal investigative equipment, but they take time and money to assemble. I am currently planning to assemble such a device myself, using the same proven components that others before me have made, in order to streamline EVP recording and interactions while on cases.

This will greatly cut down the number of hours spent sifting through audio, isolating white noise, and scrubbing for evidence, and provide in-the-moment analysis, and evidence for clients, as well as save my ears (to a degree!). Of course I'll still have to scrub through microphone recordings regardless, but this will greatly reduce turn-around time for clients and improve results ten-fold!

More on this project to come in future~!
Keep your eyes peeled because it will happen in the next month or so at least!

When I get the chance to watch horror and paranormal movies, we see different devices whenever there is a scene wherein paranormal experts are in search of spirits. I was asking myself how helpful it is on the process of dealing with spirits because the idea of technology being awkwardly connected with spirits is kind of off for me. But I am not expert Wirth this and they surely know better than me. So if there devices are really helpful to them then that's okay!

There are many theories surrounding why technology is positively associated with paranormal activity; films rarely explain the theories themselves or why they are a good place to start with regards to EVP, or other phenomenon.

The short answer: Through years of experimentation and research, paranormal investigators have found reason to believe (and posited theory) that spirits are able to communicate using various medium. The most prominent seems to be in wave-forms, be them light or sound. With regards to EVP phenomena specifically, one looks for pertinent, objective, and undeniable words/sentences/phrases spoken and captured via sensitive microphones, white noise generators, etc. Basically, if spoken-words or phrases are emitted/captured/witnessed by parties when it is undeniable that no physical person spoke, through one way or another the "impossible" has become "possible".

The purpose of this device would be to use a rapid-frequency scanner, word bank, generic white noise emitter, or even just a very sensitive microphone recording the environment, and run the audio through a noise-gate (removes/filters) any white noise, and a reverb pedal (essentially helping to "pronounce" the voices, that are otherwise unspoken by those present in the room) to see if direct responses can be captured to questions. Of course, anything and everything must be scrupulously examined to be as definite in conclusions as possible..

Often on investigations, recordings, radio-waves, white noise generators, etc. can garner false positives; the same can absolutely be said for video/film/photography - whether "phantom" footsteps (someone pacing a floor above, or shuffling their feet), EVP (someone whispering in the room, or speaking softly in the next room over), or spirits orbs (lens flares). A primary focus of a paranormal investigator should not be looking to "100% undeniably prove" something on an investigation, it should be the opposite. Whatever one can't disprove or "debunk" as being anything other than "ghosts/spirits" becomes compelling, to say the least.

Faith can have a deep-rooted bias in anyone and everyone, so remaining objective, opening oneself to possibilities, and maintaining an open, focused, and clear mind is absolutely a must.
